By submitting payment for any products or services provided by our business, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

 

Payment Policy

All payments, including deposits and final balances, are final and non-refundable. Once a deposit has been made, the reservation date and rental items are secured exclusively for the customer.

 

Cancellation Policy

Once the required deposit is received, the booking is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, though credits may be applied toward a future date if rescheduling is required.

 

Weather Policy

In the event of unfavorable weather conditions that may affect an outdoor rental, we will be happy to accommodate an indoor setup, provided a safe and suitable indoor location is available at the customer’s premises.

 

If weather conditions prevent the rental from being safely used during the reserved rental period, a written notice must be provided at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible to hold the deposit for a future date, subject to availability.

 

If written notice is not provided within 48 hours, or if no suitable indoor setup is available during the reserved period, rescheduling will still be provided, and the deposit will be held and credited toward a later date due to weather.

We do not store sensitive payment information beyond what is necessary to complete the transaction.

Any personal information collected, including names, addresses, contact information, and payment details, is kept strictly confidential and used solely for booking, communication, and transaction purposes. Customer information will never be sold, shared, or distributed to unauthorized third parties.

 

By making a purchase or booking a rental, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
